Another night to remember!
The night - Friday 27th May 2005
The location - Club Xes , Sheffield
The Club - Les Femmes
After the success of a night at Transmission in London it was decided that something a little closer to home was needed for our next little jaunt, Les Femmes seemed ideal.
Amber myself and Stephanie managed to arrange when we were all available we contacted Evette aswell who agreed to join us and along with Steph's partner and Yvonne it seemed it was going to be another great night out.
The good bit was not needing any hotels to stay in and so it certainly kept the cost down, Which is always good as our nights out can cost a fortune! lol
After not picking my outfit beforehand i rushed around on the day picking and choosing something that would look good together, Much to Yvonne's dismay! She even suggested "Wearing what i wore to Transmission" eeeeekkkkkkk have you gone mad women i cant possibly do that! Anyway it was settled i finally picked a black skirt and black top with pink spots (Its better than it sounds!) and being a bit daring this time some 3" heels that i had recently purchased.
The heels were at a comfortable height yet still looked sexy which i was glad about. Amber was driving us all in her people carrier type thing ,You know what i mean! I was a little nervous heading out onto our street as its all terrace housing so everyone can see what your up to if they so wished but in the end no one was about and as I've said before getting on with there own thing. Watching 'Corrie' no doubt! We headed off towards Sheffield, Someone suggested we should have had a tranny van to take us they would have been more apt!
We arrived in the club purchased some drinks and propped the bar up for a while it wasn't the most upto date club i had seen but it wasn't bad. After a while another girl came up who had been sat in the far corner turns out she was Tina one of the organisers of Les Femmes she gave us each an information booklet packed with loads of useful items from a sizing string to local hotels, Fab! Tina made us feel very welcome and it was a pleasure to meet her.
The rest of the evening was spent drinking chatting until a couple came up to us and started chatting the RG trying to remember our names , Trouble was she had had a bit to drink so it took her about 10 minutes to finally remember us, even after then she couldn't figure it out , After that her friend decided he quite fancied Steph and gave her a kiss on the cheek (Im sure she loved it really!!) but the preceded to give us all a kiss ,on the cheek thankfully!
After a while they ventured off in search of some more booze i think and left us be it was about this point that the already defining music was turned up a notch or 3! we were shouting at each other from about 6 inches away just to hear each other, couple that with the awful fog machine that was going and the heat I began to enjoy the night even less.
Then just about the worst thing of the night happened a women came to our table said hello then proceeded to pick out our faults telling me i needed a new wig and it didn't look right on me and telling Steph " and look at you .....well!" What ever gave her the right to say these things to us we somehow managed to get her phone number as she said she runs a dressing service and if we went to her she would make us look beautiful! Well love if you do ever read this What you did that night was totally beyond belief and totally S**t and if anyone wants her mobile number then let me know just so you can avoid her! Just wish i knew which dressing service she runs!

After that we headed home it was 1am and the DonnyGirls were getting tired but i think more cheesed off with this women. Much was said about her in the car on the way home, I'll not repeat it here! lol
So all in all a good night out only spoiled by the Music, the Heat and the fog machine at the club and that dammed women! The drinks were quite reasonable and most people friendly enough. I didn't use the toilets but Steph did say some people were taking what appeared to be drugs in there! Great just what u need?
As for the next night out well who knows nothings arranged and I've got Tranny Flu i.e. I don't feel girly at the moment so it could be some time before another night out is had.
